About 'simple diet plan for women to lose weight'|...and catechisms for the instruction of her ...If the language had lost the earnest intensity of her Wolcott...early, prayerful letters to his brother in Somerset, both rhetoric...








The               most               common               resolution               every               New               Year               is               a               commitment               to               lose               weight               and               eat               better.

Having               been               successful               in               this               realm               in               the               past,               this               article               will               outline               some               things               that               I               have               already               done,               and               some               things               I               will               do               this               year               to               lose               the               last               10               pounds               and               look               hot               in               a               bikini               for               my               tropical               wedding               in               2011.

Things               I               have               already               done               to               lose               weight               in               2010               include               exercising               daily,               eating               smaller               portions               (including               splitting               every               restaurant               meal),               eating               protein               (greek               yogurt)               for               breakfast               daily,               and               snacking               on               raw               almonds               during               the               work               day.

I               also               am               a               proponent               of               having               a               positive               attitude               and               surrounding               yourself               with               positive               people.

Without               positive               support,               weight               loss               is               a               very               uphill               battle.
               Things               I               will               commit               to               do               in               2011               to               lose               the               last               10               pounds               require               some               tweaking               to               an               already               healthy               routine.
               Drink               More               Water
               I               do               not               drink               enough               water,               and               feel               that               my               weight               loss               efforts               would               benefit               from               drinking               at               least               64               oz               of               water               per               day.

A               study               published               in               the               journal               "Obesity"               in               February               2010               found               that               dieting               adults               that               drank               approximately               2               cups               of               water               before               a               meal               had               greater               weight               loss               than               those               who               did               not.
               Add               Cross               Training               to               My               Exercise               Routine
               I               have               been               primarily               using               cycling,               either               on               road,               mountain               biking               or               on               a               trainer,               as               my               workout               during               this               past               year.

I               have               done               very               little               weight               training               or               cross               training.

A               2010               study               followed               post               menopausal               women               over               6               years,               and               found               those               who               had               performed               resistance               training               were               able               to               maintain               or               improve               their               body               weight               and               percentage               of               fat               significantly               compared               to               those               who               performed               little               to               no               resistance               exercise.

At               41               years               old,               I               need               to               make               resistance               training               a               priority.
               Drink               Green               Tea
               As               an               avid               coffee               drinker,               I               have               often               read               of               the               benefits               of               green               tea               and               have               considered               exchanging               a               cup               of               my               beloved               joe               for               a               cup               of               the               green               stuff.

As               it               turns               out,               a               2009               study               in               the               Journal               of               Nutrition               compared               the               benefits               of               green               tea               to               caffeine               alone               in               exercising               adults.

Those               adults               who               drank               the               green               tea               showed               greater               changes               in               the               total               abdominal               fat               area               compared               to               the               caffeine               group               alone.

That               is               enough               to               convince               me               that               this               will               be               an               excellent               addition               to               the               2011               New               Year's               Diet               Resolutions.
